1. Product Nature & Customization
- All products sold by Sufól Online Shop are ready-made furniture designed for self-assembly with clear instruction manuals provided.
- Products are not customizable. This means customers cannot request changes in size, fabric, material, or color beyond what is available and displayed on our website.
- By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept the product specifications and options listed on our online shop.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
- Once an order is confirmed, our team will prepare and package the items securely before handing them over to our third-party courier partners for delivery.
- Customers will typically receive their order within 14 to 28 working days after order confirmation, depending on courier schedules and delivery location.
- A tracking number will be provided once the parcel has been dispatched to allow customers to monitor the delivery status directly with the courier.
3. Shipping Fee & Charges
- All delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the total product weight and/or carton dimensions.
- The applicable charges are as follows:
- West Malaysia: Minimum RM20 per order, capped at RM250 maximum.
- East Malaysia: Minimum RM120 per order, with no maximum cap (charges vary by weight/size).
- Singapore: Orders cannot be placed directly via the website. Customers are required to contact our customer service team to inquire about purchase arrangements and delivery charges.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming the shipping charges shown at checkout before completing payment.
4. Shipping Method
- All orders are shipped in carton boxes to ensure safety during transit.
- Delivery schedules and lead times are controlled by the courier company, and Sufol Malaysia is not responsible for unforeseen delays caused by the courier, customs clearance, public holidays, or force majeure events.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Additional costs incurred due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts will be borne by the customer.
5. Assembly Service (Optional)
- Products are designed for DIY self-assembly and include detailed instructions for customer convenience.
- Should customers require assembly assistance, Sufol Malaysia can arrange assembly before delivery at an additional service fee.
- Customers requesting assembly service will be contacted directly after order confirmation to confirm arrangements and charges.
6. Liability & Risk
- Once items are handed over to our third-party courier partners, Sufol Malaysia is not liable for any loss, delay, or damage occurring during transit.
- Any claims for damaged or lost parcels must be raised directly with the courier company using the tracking details provided. However, we will assist customers with supporting documents where possible.
- Customers are advised to inspect packages immediately upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours if there are significant issues with the order.
7. Delivery Restrictions
- Delivery is currently available to addresses within Malaysia (West & East) and Singapore (via customer service inquiry only).
- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or restricted areas as defined by courier partners.
